Content
I have over 15 years of copy and content writing experience for B2B and B2C audiences. Check out my writing samples below.
Sage Island - Client Work
As the Director of Content for Sage Island, I build close partnerships with clients to develop content strategies that ignite their brand and land them more business. The links below represent the work of which I’m most proud during my time at Sage. Each of the linked pieces were developed, written, and edited by me.
LINQ Blog
The LINQ blog was designed to be a hub of inspiration for education administration professionals. There, they can find content on better managing their districts as well as the latest news and hot topics. Much of the content was geared to school nutrition professionals in particular. Each of these posts were written and copy edited by yours truly.

PATLive Blog
The goal for PATLive was to create a forward-thinking customer service blog that appealed to small and medium sized business owners. In conjunction with executives, I developed a tone that was casual, friendly and informative without being stuffy or condescending. Accessibility was the name of the game.
Tresta Blog
The initial intention for the Tresta blog was to create posts that highlight where business is headed in the future with thought-provoking pieces written in a cool, journalistic style. After I was promoted to another department, the blog became more product rather than business-centric.
Downloadable Content: PATLive & Tresta
I conceptualized, wrote and edited all of these content pieces with the goal of lead generation; two of the pieces were created for PATLive and two for Tresta.

Technical Writing
I was tasked with creating and managing the help files for Tresta. During that time, I produced video content that introduced new users to the product and created articles to assist system administrators in setting up their cloud phone systems. In addition, I wrote product release notes on a bi-weekly basis. Click the link below to view the video created for new users.
